Whole pigs will be sold at $7.99 per lb hanging weight. Hanging weight is the weight of the pig after evisceration(removal of insides) and before processing(cutting meat into edible portions). hanging weight is expected to be 200lbs give or take 25lbs. 

There is a butcher fee for each pig at the butchers that you will pay.

After purchase a butcher date will be sent and the expected date when product will be available for pickup or delivery. 

After processing final payment will be due based on hanging weight given by processor. 

Delivery will be available on any order for a additional fee dependent on distance from ranch.
